Day 11: bodyweight workoutNo body likes Mondays. Me neather. Monday are soo long, working is hard and boring and when i finnaly came home I just wanted to lay down and not move until next morning.
The only thing that motivates me to start workout on a day like Monday is: Just get dress and start workout after 5 minutes you will feel better. That is for me so true and it is very simple motivation that works for me.
This hour long free home workout is enough for Monday :D
With no weights and lots of cardio and working environment of 25DegreesCelsius - and sweat-fest could begin :D
